500 x 1 oz Indian Head Silver Round
The “Indian Head” Design 1 oz Silver Round recreates the famous 1907-1933 Indian Head gold eagle design of Augustus Saint-Gaudens, but in silver form. This round is made in the USA, and struck from 1 troy ounce of 999 pure silver.
The obverse show Lady Liberty in an American Indian headdress, with “LIBERTY” emblazoned across the band. Above her are thirteen stars, representing the original 13 colonies.
The reverse of this silver round recreates that of the Saint-Gaudens $10 gold piece, with one important exception: Below the eagle is the purity and weight of the round, “one troy ounce .999 fine silver” instead of a face value.
An American Bald Eagle perches on a bundle of arrows, which is entwined by an olive branch. The mottos In God We Trust and E Pluribus Unum appear to either side of the eagle, and United States of America appears above the scene.
